By submitting your application for a working spot and paying the applicable fee you agree to the following terms and conditions for this seminar:

The working spot is $800 which includes

  • Three Bonus LIVE coaching calls
  • Homework assignments
  • 3 days of in-person training sessions with Elicia. 

Upon registration either full payment is required of $800 per working spot or 2 installments of $412.

Full refund prior to the first live coaching call starting otherwise once the live calls start FULL payment will be forfeited if another suitable applicant cannot be found.  If a successful replacement is found for your spot, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of your fee.

I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, staff, and other clients and their families. I voluntarily seek services provided by Forest City Dog Training Club, Inc. and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk of exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending my class/seminar/trial. I hereby release and agree to hold Forest City Dog Training Club, Inc. harmless from and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the business, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Forest City Dog Training Club, Inc. I understand that this release discharges Forest City Dog Training Club, Inc. from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the business with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Forest City Dog Training Club, Inc. This liability waiver and release extend to the business referenced together with all officers, and members.

If you contract COVID, RSV, or Influzena within 7 days of the seminar please definitely do not attend and with a medical certificate, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

Working positions are 1 dog per handler.  Exceptions may be possible to accommodate the motivation, health, and or fitness of the dog only after discussion with the seminar organizers.

All handler position changes need to be handled through or by the seminar organizers.

Participants will also acknowledge and agree that the organizers do not accept liability for any associated loss or damage arising from the cancellation of the seminar which may or may not include relating to travel or venue hire.

The seminar organizer reserves the right to change seminar topics/content as required, all participants will be notified of any changes.

Recording of your work is allowed for private use only. Your recording may appear on social media providing there is either music overlay or no volume.  Please record your own work only and not the work of others without their consent. 

All participants and their dogs are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and considerate to other participants, the instructor, the seminar organizer and their dogs.  We reserve the right to require the immediate departure of any participant/s that is deemed to act in a manner not considered appropriate.  This request will be final and will not give rise to any recourse, financial compensation, or claim.

All participants and auditors are expected to abide by any rules and regulations set by both the venue, the instructor, and the seminar organizer.  They acknowledge that future communications relating to the seminar may be conducted using the medium facebook only and will monitor any updates of their own accord and without any additional prompting. 


Waiver and Release of liability by the participant (you will be required to sign a waiver of liability form at the seminar):

By booking this spot I acknowledge that the sport of agility brings with it the risk of injury to both dog and handler and as consideration for the right to participate in this seminar, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in this agility seminar.
