Elicia Calhoun Peak Performance

Building Resilient Agility Teams with HEART

Our mission at Elicia Calhoun Peak Performance is to build resilient agility teams and to spread the joy of dog agility to the world. We use the HEART system which separates each partner of the team, develops their skills and then integrates them into a resilient whole. Our teams are able to succeed at the highest levels of competition and weather difficulties and challenges with strength and teamwork.

A Tradition of Love:

At 9:15 a.m. on June 11, 2012, the Hug Your Dog Tradition was born. It symbolizes not only the physical embrace between Tobie and me but also serves as a reminder for us all to cherish every moment we have with our loved ones. The weekly tradition became a celebration of life, a testament to the resilience of the human spirit, and a call to honor the memories of those we have lost.

As I reflect upon these past eleven years since surviving that life-altering car crash. . .

This is game-changing information that will set the course for how you handle your dogs for the rest of your career!

This is really valuable, not only for newer people but also for those who have been doing it for a while and who are not getting consistent results.

This program has helped me to feel calmer and more confident about stepping to the line with my dog.

It has helped me to understand him better so I can be the best possible handler for him.

I now feel in control and driving the car.

I am more successful at trials now than I used to be because of you and your program.

You go above and beyond the usual lessons with emphasis on the complete program for the dog and handler:

  • course analysis and walkthrough,
  • the specifics of body positions,
  • and the use of videos

These are just some examples of how your program is more complete than that of other coaches. Thanks.
